Recruitment FAQ
What level do I need to join?
We recruit players at endgame (level cap). If you're close, we're happy to help you push to cap. Skill and attitude matter more than gear—we have resources to help new members catch up.
Do I need to use Discord?
Yes. Discord is where we coordinate raids, share strategies, and build community. It's non-negotiable for raid participation.
What's the raid schedule?
We run Mythic raids Tuesday and Thursday at 7 PM UTC, and weekend siege warfare on Saturdays. Dungeons are run on-demand throughout the week.
How do you handle loot?
We use a transparent priority system based on raid attendance, build optimization, and role need. No DKP, no drama—just fairness.
What if I can't make every raid?
Life happens. We ask for 70% attendance over a season. Communicate in Discord if you need to miss, and we'll work with you.
